Colosseum Casino Is Closed: What Happened to Its Slots
The domain now forwards elsewhere, and the brand has left both its group's member list and its regulator's permit list.

Colosseum Casino no longer operates for Canadian players. We keep this page so the facts and their sources stay findable. It is not scored, ranked or recommended anywhere on this site.
Colosseum Casino no longer runs as a casino. On 23 October 2026, both colosseumcasino.com and its terms page answered with a permanent redirect (HTTP 301) to a page about a different casino on casinorewards.com, the site of the Casino Rewards group it belonged to. The last archived copy of the Colosseum homepage that still loaded normally is dated 14 February 2026.
This page records what we could document about the closure, with the date of each check. It is not scored, ranked or suggested anywhere on this site, and nothing below should be read as advice to follow the redirect.

Colosseum Casino publishes no game counts or provider list we could source.
The evidence, in order
Four separate records point the same way. Each was checked on the date shown.
| Date | Where | What it shows |
|---|---|---|
| December 2025 | Kahnawake Gaming Commission permit-holder list (archived) | Colosseum is listed under the permit holder Fresh Horizons Ltd. |
| 14 February 2026 | Wayback Machine | Last capture of the English homepage that loaded with a normal response |
| 23 October 2026 | Live Kahnawake permit-holder list | Colosseum no longer appears under Fresh Horizons Ltd. |
| 23 October 2026 | colosseumcasino.com and casinorewards.com | Both the casino domain and the group's own Colosseum page forward to the page of another member casino; Colosseum is missing from the group's member list |
One record still names the brand. eCOGRA's payout report for the third quarter of 2026 lists Colosseum Casino among the Casino Rewards sites. A testing lab's list of group sites is not proof that a site still takes players, and it sits against three newer records that say the opposite, so we treat it as out of date.
Colosseum Casino free spins and bonuses
There are no Colosseum Casino free spins to claim, and no welcome offer, reload or loyalty promotion of any kind. The domain does not open a casino any more, so there is no lobby in which spins could be played and no terms page to read: the terms address forwards to the same place as the homepage.
If you find a page still advertising Colosseum free spins, it was written before the closure or by someone with no link to the operator. Be careful with any site that uses the Colosseum name to collect a sign-up. A search for the name also brings up unrelated results: the Colosseum theatre at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, and pages about a Roman-themed online casino of the same name, which one of them ties to a Malta company. That company is a different operator from this Casino Rewards brand, and nothing we found connects the two.

We could not confirm a licence from the casino's pages or a regulator register.
If you held an account
None of the records above explains what happens to a Colosseum balance, a pending withdrawal or loyalty points, and a redirect by itself gives no explanation. We will not guess at a procedure the operator has not published.
What the records do give you is a trail:
- the brand belonged to the Casino Rewards group, whose site is where the address now leads
- the Kahnawake Gaming Commission listed it under the permit holder Fresh Horizons Ltd. until at least December 2025
- eCOGRA still had it in the group's payout report in 2026
Keep your own records: the email address you registered with, any transaction emails and screenshots of your account history if you saved them. Those details are what any operator or regulator would ask for first.
A Kahnawake permit is not a provincial licence. None of the records shows Colosseum registered in Ontario's market (AGCO and iGaming Ontario) or Alberta's (AGLC and the Alberta iGaming Corporation), and provincial self-exclusion covers only each province's regulated sites.
Where Canadians can play slots now
We do not name a replacement for a closed brand. The right choice depends on your province, because the regulated options differ from one to the next:
- Ontario: sites registered with the AGCO that hold an iGaming Ontario operating agreement
- Alberta: sites registered with the AGLC that hold an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC), live since 13 July 2026
- Other provinces: the site run by your provincial lottery or gaming corporation
Our legal online casinos page sorts the options by province, and our casino list shows every brand we cover with its licence. Players must be at least 19, except in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec, where the minimum is 18. If the closure has left you chasing losses, read our responsible gambling page before you open a new account.
Questions about Colosseum Casino
No. On 23 October 2026 colosseumcasino.com forwarded to a page about another casino on the Casino Rewards group site, the brand was missing from the group's member list, and the Kahnawake permit-holder list no longer showed it. The last normal capture of its homepage is from 14 February 2026.
No. With the domain forwarding elsewhere, there is no lobby, promotions page or terms page left, so no free spins or bonuses exist for the brand. Any page still advertising them was written before the closure or has no link to the operator.
The pages we could read publish no instructions on balances, withdrawals or loyalty points after the closure. The brand belonged to the Casino Rewards group and was listed under the Kahnawake permit holder Fresh Horizons Ltd., so those are the names to quote if you contact anyone about an old account.
It held a Kahnawake permit, which is not a provincial licence, and no record we found shows it in Ontario's regulated market, where a casino must be registered with the AGCO and hold an iGaming Ontario operating agreement. The same goes for Alberta's market, which opened on 13 July 2026.
No. The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is a theatre in Las Vegas. Pages online also describe a Roman-themed online casino using the name, which one page ties to a Malta company - a different operator from the Casino Rewards brand covered on this page.
