Hacksaw Gaming Casinos and Slots

What sets a Hacksaw slot apart

Three design habits run through the six games we review.

• A published volatility meter. Hacksaw rates each game on a five-point scale: 3 / 5 for Le Bandit and Le Pharaoh, 4 / 5 for Wanted Dead or a Wild, and the full 5 / 5 for the three Chaos Crew games.
• FeatureSpins. Alongside straight bonus buys, most of these games sell spins at a higher price that raise the chance of a feature. BonusHunt FeatureSpins cost 3x the bet per spin on Le Bandit and Le Pharaoh and 5x on Chaos Crew 2 and 3; Chaos Crew 2 also sells Epic Drop spins at 200x each.
• A hidden top bonus. Five scatters unlock a round that is not for sale: Treasure at the End of the Rainbow in Le Bandit, Rainbow Over the Pyramids in Le Pharaoh and An Epic Glitch! in Chaos Crew 3.

The caps are high but not extreme by today's standards: 10,000x to 30,000x the stake across the six games. On the original Chaos Crew the cap can only be reached in Free Spins; on Chaos Crew 2 and 3 it can be reached in every game mode.

The six games side by side

Figures from Hacksaw's game pages and each game's in-game rules, checked in October 2026.

Le Pharaoh is the odd one out on RTP: its rules give 96.21% if you always pick the Lost Treasures bonus and 96.18% if you always pick Luck of the Pharaoh, so your choice in the bonus moves the return slightly. Le Bandit is the only cluster-pays game of the six; the others use 15 or 19 paylines.

RTP versions: why the 88% setting matters

Hacksaw publishes up to four RTP settings for the same game and lets each casino choose one. The game looks and plays the same in every version; only the long-run return changes. On Wanted Dead or a Wild the published settings are 96.38%, 94.55%, 92.33% and 88.42%. Over the long run, that is about C$96.38 back for every C$100 wagered on the top setting and about C$88.42 on the lowest - close to eight dollars per hundred, which no single session will reveal.

Our figures are the top settings, read from Hacksaw's demos. A real-money casino may run any of the published versions, and for Chaos Crew 3 and Le Pharaoh we could not source the lower ones at all, which does not mean they do not exist.

The check is quick: open the game at your casino, tap the information or rules screen, and look for "RTP" or "theoretical return". If it shows a figure below the top setting in the table, the same game at a casino running the higher one returns more over time. Our RTP versions guide covers the same question for other providers.

Where Hacksaw games turn up, and who to check first

The casinos at the top of this page are the 38 we cover that name Hacksaw Gaming on their own pages, ranked by our score and then by how often Canadians search for each brand. Several of the highest-ranked are Ontario-registered sites, so the province pill on each card matters: an Ontario resident can only use the ones registered with the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Our partner casino's published provider list does not include Hacksaw, so it does not appear here.

The "Check these first" box lists brands on the list with a sourced problem:

• LeoVegas: an AGCO monetary penalty of C$25,000 in April 2023 for offering one uncertified slot game on its Ontario site.
• Casino Days: an AGCO penalty of $54,000 on 16 June 2025 against the company that then ran its Ontario site, for a deceptive, high-risk $2,000 welcome bonus.
• Spinit Casino: the Anjouan validator linked from its own footer reported the site as not licensed on 23 October 2026.
• Jackbit Casino, now Jack, has closed.

A penalty is not a ban, and both Ontario cases are on the public record; we list them so you can weigh them yourself rather than take our word for it.
