Corrections with a source, questions about a page, and where to turn for problems we cannot solve.
Updated
We read every message about the facts on this site. The most useful thing you can send is a correction: the page address, the figure you think is wrong and a link to the casino's, provider's or regulator's page that shows the right one. Samuel Achebe checks it against the source, and if we change the page, the change is dated in its "What changed" list. You can also write if a demo will not load, a casino has closed, or a page is unclear. We are a review site, not a casino, so we cannot see or change any account; the questions below explain who can.

What we cannot help with
We are not a casino and cannot see or change anyone's account, deposits or withdrawals. For an account problem, contact the casino; for a licensed site, its regulator handles complaints.
Questions
Send the page address, the figure, and a link to the source that shows the correct value, ideally the casino's or provider's own page or a regulator's register. A screenshot alone is hard to verify. If we change the page, the correction is dated in its What changed list.
We cannot see or change any account, deposit or withdrawal. Contact the casino's support first and use its formal complaint process. For a site in Ontario's regulated market, you can then escalate an unresolved dispute to iGaming Ontario.
iGaming Ontario says to file a formal complaint with the operator first, which gives you a complaint number. If it stays unresolved, you can escalate to iGaming Ontario with that number. It cannot settle bets, refund wagers or award compensation. For responsible gambling, suspected illegal activity or advertising, the AGCO is the place to go.
Offshore casinos are not licensed by any Canadian province, so no provincial regulator handles their disputes. Use the casino's complaint process first, then look up the licensing body named on the casino's site and whether it accepts player complaints. Our casino pages name the licence we found.
Our responsible gambling page lists free, confidential help lines for each province and territory, along with the limit and self-exclusion tools casinos offer. In a crisis, call or text 9-8-8, or call 911 in an emergency.
