What we could and could not see of the slot lobby

Some casinos show their whole library to anyone who lands on the homepage. Coolzino does not. The public pages say the site "launched not too long ago" without giving a year, and they offer an "install the Casino App" prompt, but they stop short of naming the studios behind the reels. No slot total, no live-dealer count and no progressive jackpot category appeared on anything we could read.

That matters for a slot player for two reasons:

• You cannot check RTP versions in advance. Many providers ship the same game at several return-to-player settings. • You cannot see whether your favourite titles are there. Because no provider is named, we cannot link any of our slot reviews to this lobby with confidence.

The cashier mentions both crypto and regular payment methods, and the bonus max-bet table names Bitcoin and Litecoin, so crypto is part of the cashier. Beyond that, the public pages say nothing about the lobby.

Coolzino free spins and the three-deposit welcome

The welcome package is spread across your first three deposits. The promotions page showed it in euros to our non-Canadian view; Canadian dollar amounts were not visible, although the bonus terms do quote the maximum bet in CAD.

So the Coolzino free spins total 250, and the cash side tops out at EUR 1,500. The rules that bite:

• 40x on the bonus. Clearing a full EUR 500 first-deposit bonus means EUR 20,000 in bets (500 x 40).
• C$10 maximum bet while a bonus is active, so that EUR 20,000 means thousands of spins even at the top stake.
• 14 days to finish the wagering.

Getting slot winnings out

Three clauses in the general terms shape every cash-out:

1. Play your deposit three times. A deposit has to be wagered at least three times before any withdrawal (clause 7.6).
2. EUR 50 minimum withdrawal, while deposits start from EUR 2 to EUR 15 depending on your country.
3. Big wins arrive in pieces. Wins above 10,000 (EUR or dollars) may be paid in monthly instalments of up to 10,000. Withdrawal limits per day, week and month depend on your loyalty rank.

Bank transfers can carry intermediary bank charges of up to EUR 16. Interac is not named anywhere we could read, the full method list appears only after login, and processing times are not published. Withdrawals are released only after identity and activity checks. Accounts left dormant for 12 months are charged a EUR 10 monthly administrative fee. Licence, owner and provinces

The terms name Terdersoft B.V. as the operator and quote Curacao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/1126/0521. That number has not been checked against the regulator's validator. The terms also contradict themselves: the header gives company number 164860 and an address on Emancipatie Boulevard, while clause 1.2 gives 164650 and the Bon Bini Business Center. Payments run through Interdersoft Limited in Limassol, Cyprus.

Ontario is on the restricted list, so Ontario residents cannot open an account. Alberta, Quebec and the rest of Canada are not restricted. None of this makes Coolzino a provincially licensed site: in Ontario the regulated market means AGCO registration plus an iGaming Ontario agreement, and Alberta's regulated market (AGLC registration plus an AiGC agreement) has been live since 13 July 2026. Coolzino holds neither. The terms set the minimum age at 18 or your local legal age, which in Canada means 19, apart from 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
