Monro Casino is a Curacao-licensed site run by GALAKTIKA N.V., the same company, licence and platform behind Fresh Casino. Canada is not on its registration block list, and Canadians can hold a CAD balance.
For a slot player, though, the public side of Monro says very little. Game counts, studio names and the welcome figures load only for some visitors and were not visible to us in October 2026. This page sets out what the site does publish about its slots, its bonuses and its payouts, and is plain about the gaps.

What the Monro lobby shows, and what it hides
Monro's game lobby did not give us a total, a slot count or a list of studios when we checked it in October 2026. The site loads much of its content per country, and the pages that rendered for us did not include the catalogue figures. We would rather leave those gaps open than fill them with guesses.
A few lobby features are confirmed by the site's own promotion text:
- Jackpots - listed as a promotion area, with no titles or prize amounts given.
- Tournaments - run on the site, with no schedule or prize pools in the text we read.
- VIP Club - a loyalty scheme for regular players.
Monro also shares its operator, licence and platform with Fresh Casino, so the two sites are built on the same base. That does not prove the game selection is identical, and neither site states it.
One practical point: monrocasino.com redirects to a numbered mirror such as monrocasino129.com, and the number changes over time. If a bookmark stops working, return to the main domain rather than following a mirror link from elsewhere.

Interac labels, crypto and the payout claims
Canadian accounts at Monro can be held in CAD, USD, USDT, BTC or ETH, according to the site's currency settings for Canada. That makes it easy to keep slot play in Canadian dollars.
Interac is less clear. The cashier text contains three Interac options - Bank Transfer Interac, INTERAC Instant and eCashout (Interac Direct) - along with the Interac trademark notice. The cashier itself opens only after login, so we could not confirm that these methods are switched on for Canadian accounts.
Crypto works both ways, for deposits and withdrawals in USDT, BTC and ETH. The promotion text makes two bold claims:

Licence, provinces and player protection
The footer names GALAKTIKA N.V., registration number 140803, at Scharlooweg 39 in Willemstad, Curacao, and a Curacao Gaming Authority licence numbered OGL/2024/169/0146, issued on 28 October 2024. A promotion pop-up on the same site still says the casino is licensed by Curacao eGaming, the wording of the older Curacao licensing system. We did not check the licence in the Curacao register.
Monro is not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario, so it is not part of Ontario's regulated market, and it has no AGLC registration or AiGC agreement in Alberta. It holds no licence from any province. The Monro text we read did not state a minimum age; in Canada the legal age is 19 in most provinces and 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
The limit tools are a strong point on paper: deposit limits, wager limits, a session time limit with automatic log-out, reality checks every 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and temporary self-exclusion, with permanent exclusion arranged through live chat.
