theScore Bet is a sports betting and casino app run by Score Media and Gaming Inc., part of the PENN Entertainment group. It holds registrations in two provinces: iGaming Ontario lists it as "TheScore Bet" in the Casino and Sports Betting categories, and the Alberta iGaming Corporation lists both theScore Bet Sportsbook and theScore Casino. We checked both directories on 23 October 2026.
For a slot player, the useful question is where the games live. The same company runs a separate casino-only app, theScore Casino, and the one lobby count we have, "1900+ Slots, Table Games & More", is the title of that app's page. Studio names, payment methods and payout times are not published anywhere we could read.

Where the 1,900-game figure comes from
Score Media and Gaming offers its casino games through two products. theScore Bet is built around sports betting, with casino games alongside. theScore Casino, at thescore.casino, is a casino-only app from the same operator. The "1900+" figure is the title on theScore Casino's page, and the operator does not say whether theScore Bet carries the same catalogue. We use the number as the best available guide to the operator's casino range, not as a confirmed count for theScore Bet itself.
That figure also covers more than slots: the page title groups "Slots, Table Games & More" into one number, so the slot share is unknown. No studio list, jackpot count or top-games row was published in a form we could read. theScore Bet's main website sits behind an automated bot check that blocked our reader, so we relied on the regulators' directories, the operator's public help centre and the theScore Casino page.
The help centre describes theScore Bet as an app-first product, available for iPhone and Android. The theScore Casino site also loads in a browser. If you mainly want slots, the casino-only app is the more direct route, since it is built for that and carries the published count.
Slots
Slots from our reviews you can play here
None of the providers behind our reviewed slots is on the provider list theScore Bet publishes (it publishes none we could source).
Matching our slot reviews to theScore
The block above stays empty because we link a reviewed slot to a casino only when the casino publishes the studio behind it. theScore Bet and theScore Casino publish no studio list we could source, so there is nothing to match against. theScore Casino's 1,900+ games come from studios it does not name, and we do not guess which ones they are.
Until theScore publishes a studio list, we cannot say whether a given title is in its lobby, or at which return to player (RTP) setting. Our RTP versions guide explains why one slot can run at different RTP settings from casino to casino.
If you have not decided which game to play, our free slots page lets you try many of the games we review without signing in anywhere, and the slot reviews list sorts them by type, from Megaways to jackpot slots.
Bonus
Bonus terms that matter for slots
Wagering, the max bet while it runs and how much slots count - quoted from the casino's terms, never from other sites.
Its only site we could confirm is registered for Ontario, where bonuses may be advertised only on the operator's own site (AGCO Standard 2.05), so we do not list them.
Why theScore's bonuses are not listed
In Ontario, regulated operators may advertise bonuses and other inducements only on their own sites and apps, not through third parties such as this one. We follow that rule for every Ontario-registered brand, so there is no welcome offer on this page.
There is a second reason to check offers inside the app rather than elsewhere. theScore's public help centre covers both its US and Canadian products, and its promotion articles mix the two; none of the articles we read was clearly labelled as the current Ontario casino welcome offer. An offer you read about on a help page may belong to a US state.
One rule from the terms of use is worth knowing whichever offer you take: accounts that go dormant are opted out of all promotions and bonuses. If you return after a long break, check your promotion settings before assuming an offer applies to you. For general background on how welcome bonuses and their wagering work, see our casino bonuses guide.
Cash out
Payments and payout time
The casino publishes no withdrawal time we could source.
No payment list we could source.
Payments and payouts: not published
We could not source a single payment fact for theScore Bet. The website's cashier and payment pages were behind the bot check, and the help centre articles we read did not list methods, minimums or withdrawal times. That means no confirmed answer on:
- whether Interac, cards, e-wallets or bank transfer are offered for deposits and withdrawals;
- minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts;
- how long a withdrawal takes once approved;
- whether any fees apply.
That gap is why the payouts part of the score is zero. It reflects missing information, not a known problem. The one account rule theScore does state clearly is about identity: you need a valid Canadian government-issued ID. Foreign IDs, work permits and student permits are not accepted, which can rule out recent arrivals even when they live in Ontario or Alberta. Before your first deposit, open the cashier in the app and note the withdrawal options it shows. Our payment methods guide covers how Canadian casino cashiers usually work.

Who can play, and where
theScore Bet is regulated in two Canadian provinces, and the terms of use limit play to those two provinces:
| Province | Status | Minimum age |
|---|---|---|
| Ontario | Registered with the AGCO, operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario | 19+ |
| Alberta | Registered with the AGLC as an iGaming operator, listed by the Alberta iGaming Corporation; registration runs to 13 July 2027 | 18+ |
| Quebec and other provinces | Not offered | - |
Alberta's regulated market opened on 13 July 2026. The AGLC registrant list also shows a sister brand from the same group, Hollywood Casino, registered in Alberta.
Support runs through live chat in the app, email at [email protected] and a callback line on 1 (855) 550-1238. A provincial self-exclusion covers only that province's regulated sites, so check what the Ontario or Alberta scheme includes before relying on it. Our responsible gambling page lists help lines and support services for players across Canada, including Ontario and Alberta.
Our verdict on theScore Bet's slots
theScore Bet is fully regulated in Ontario and Alberta under Score Media and Gaming, part of PENN Entertainment, with apps for iPhone and Android. As a slot lobby it is hard to judge: the only count, 1,900+ games, belongs to its sister app theScore Casino, and no studios, payment methods or payout times are published. The score reflects those gaps.
Best for: Ontario or Alberta players who want a regulated app combining sports betting and casino games.
Skip if: You live outside Ontario and Alberta, or lack a Canadian government-issued ID.

Questions about theScore Bet
Yes. iGaming Ontario lists theScore Bet, run by Score Media and Gaming Inc., in its Casino and Sports Betting categories, which means it is registered with the AGCO. Players must be 19 or older and located in Ontario.
Yes. Score Media and Gaming is registered with the AGLC as an iGaming operator until 13 July 2027, and the Alberta iGaming Corporation lists theScore Bet Sportsbook and theScore Casino. The minimum age in Alberta is 18.
The only published figure is "1900+ Slots, Table Games & More", the page title of the sister app theScore Casino. It mixes slots with table games, and the operator does not say whether theScore Bet carries the same catalogue.
The help centre says you need a valid Canadian government-issued ID. Foreign IDs, work permits and student permits are not accepted, so someone without Canadian ID cannot open an account even if they live in Ontario or Alberta.
Through live chat inside the app, by email at [email protected], or by requesting a callback on 1 (855) 550-1238. The help centre covers both US and Canadian products, so check that an article applies to your province.
