Wheelz Casino no longer operates for Canadian players. We keep this page so the facts and their sources stay findable. It is not scored, ranked or recommended anywhere on this site.
Wheelz Casino was part of Ontario's regulated market and then left it. iGaming Ontario's directory listed Wheelz on 22 May 2025; by its 8 December 2025 copy the brand was gone, and it was still absent when we checked on 23 October 2026. That is why this page carries no score and no ranking.
The brand itself carries on at wheelz.com, run by Granturo Malta Limited under a Malta Gaming Authority licence. But that site gives Canadian players nothing to go on: no Canadian page, no Canadian dollars, no Interac, and no mention of Canada in its terms.

What changed in Ontario
The evidence is iGaming Ontario's own directory of regulated sites:
| Date | iGaming Ontario directory |
|---|---|
| 22 May 2025 | Wheelz listed |
| 8 December 2025 | Wheelz no longer listed |
| 23 October 2026 | Still not listed |
So Wheelz withdrew from Ontario at some point between May and December 2025. The sources we read do not give the reason, and we will not guess at one. What matters for a player is simpler: an online casino that is not in that directory is not part of Ontario's regulated market, so an Ontario resident cannot play Wheelz under AGCO protection today.
If you held a Wheelz account in Ontario, the sources we read do not explain how remaining balances were handled. The support routes Wheelz lists today are live chat and the email address [email protected]. Keep any records of your balance and transactions when you contact them.
Is wheelz.com open to the rest of Canada?
We could not confirm that it is. The terms on wheelz.com (version 1.6, last updated 14 October 2026) allow registration only from the casino's list of registration countries, and Canada is not mentioned anywhere we could read. The site has an /en/ version but no Canadian one - the /en-ca/ address returns an error page - and its payment examples are in euros. The cashier lists Skrill, MiFinity, Neteller, Visa, Mastercard, Paysafecard and bank transfer, with no Interac.
The operator details are clear enough: Granturo Malta Limited, company C107733 in Birkirkara, Malta, holding MGA licence MGA/B2C/1079/2025, issued on 10 September 2025. A Malta licence is not a provincial licence, so even if the site let you register, it would not be regulated anywhere in Canada.
Wheelz slots and free spins: the honest answer
People still look for Wheelz slots and for Wheelz casino free spins, including a 20 free spins no deposit offer. As of October 2026 there is no offer for Canadian players, because there is no Wheelz site for Canada. We found no Wheelz casino 20 free spins no deposit deal in the pages we read.
For reference, the general bonus terms on wheelz.com say:
- casino bonuses carry 35x wagering unless stated otherwise;
- bets made with bonus money count only up to 5 euros each.
Separately, the general terms charge an inactivity fee of 10 euros or 10% of the real-money balance, whichever is greater, for each month after six months without a login. None of that makes Wheelz free spins available in Canada. We could not read its slot lobby either, so we cannot list the games it carries.
What to do instead
Choose a site that is regulated where you live. In Ontario that means a site in iGaming Ontario's directory; in Alberta, a site registered with the AGLC that has an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC), the regulated market that opened on 13 July 2026; elsewhere, your province's own lottery and gaming site. Our legal online casinos page sets out the rules province by province, and our casino list shows the brands we cover today. If you only want to try a slot without money, free slots need no account at all.
Questions about Wheelz Casino
No. Wheelz appeared in iGaming Ontario's directory of regulated sites on 22 May 2025 but was missing from the 8 December 2025 copy, and it was still absent on 23 October 2026. It is not part of Ontario's regulated market.
We could not confirm it. The wheelz.com terms allow registration only from a list of countries we could not see, the site has no Canadian version and works in euros, and Canada, Canadian dollars and Interac are mentioned nowhere. No province licenses the site.
Not for Canadians as of October 2026. There is no Wheelz site for Canada, and we found no 20 free spins no deposit offer in the pages we read. The general wheelz.com bonus terms set 35x wagering and a 5-euro maximum bet with bonus money.
The sources we read do not say how Ontario balances were handled when Wheelz left the market in 2025. Wheelz lists live chat and [email protected] as its support channels. Keep your transaction records and ask them directly about any remaining balance.
