Highroller Casino launched its HighRoller.com domain in January 2022 and belongs to High Roller Technologies, Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker ROLR. That listing means the most detailed facts about the brand come from the company's annual report filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission in March 2026.
The report describes a lobby of more than 6,000 games from over 90 providers, and says Canada brought in 11% of the company's 2025 revenue. The casino's own site could not be read when we checked in October 2026, so its welcome offer is not covered here; the bonus rules below come from its help centre.
Lobby
The slot lobby
Counts and provider names as the casino publishes them. Lobbies change every week, so treat a count as the size on the date shown.
A 6,000-game lobby from more than 90 studios
Size is the main thing on record. The 10-K annual report counts "more than 6,000 games from over 90 providers" and groups them into:
- Video slots
- Live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat and more
- Table games: blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps
- Video poker
What the report does not do is name the providers, list featured titles or say how many of the 6,000 games are slots. Jackpot games are not mentioned either. So we cannot confirm whether particular studios such as Pragmatic Play or Nolimit City are in the lobby, or which titles from our slot reviews are on offer.
Search the lobby for the exact game you want before you deposit. If you are unsure which slot suits you, our slot reviews compare RTP, volatility and maximum wins, and the free slots page lets you try games in demo mode first.

Bonus
Bonus terms that matter for slots
Wagering, the max bet while it runs and how much slots count - quoted from the casino's terms, never from other sites.

Bonus rules that change how slot play counts
Highroller's general bonus terms, published in its help centre and read on 23 October 2026, set the wagering for any bonus you accept:
| Rule | What the terms say |
|---|---|
| Bonus funds | 30x wagering |
| Free-spin winnings | 40x wagering |
| Table games and most live casino | 0% contribution |
| When wagering starts | Only after your deposit is fully lost |
The last rule is the one to understand. Your deposit is played first, and the bonus only comes into play once that real money is gone; from then on the 30x playthrough applies to the bonus funds. Table games and most live games count for nothing towards it; the terms we read did not state the slot contribution.
The size of the current welcome offer, its free-spin count and any maximum bet were not readable on the casino site in October 2026, so check them in the promotions area before opting in. Our wagering calculator turns a 30x requirement into the amount you would need to bet.

Payments and payout time
Fastest published withdrawal time: deposits within a couple of minutes; withdrawals 1-5 business days (Debit / credit cards (max three on file)) source. Identity checks can add days to a first withdrawal.

| Crypto | Yes | - | - | - | - |
| Bank transfer | - | Yes | - | - | 1-5 banking days once paid |
Interac, cards and withdrawal times
The help centre lists debit and credit cards, with a maximum of three cards on file, for deposits and withdrawals. Interac and crypto are accepted for deposits; the help centre notes that Interac deposits may take a bit longer than card deposits, and it does not list which coins are supported. Withdrawals can also go by bank transfer.
Card deposits usually appear within a couple of minutes. Withdrawals take 1-5 business days to reach you once they are paid. Identity checks ask for an ID card, driving licence or passport plus proof of address, and the help centre says documents are reviewed in 24-48 hours. The annual report names the Canadian dollar among the player currencies the payment providers handle. No minimum deposit, withdrawal limit or fee was published on the help pages we read, so check the cashier for those before a large deposit.

Licence and where it is available
| Main site | Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA) - remote gambling licence source'We currently operate our HighRoller.com and fruta.com iCasino operations principally through our Estonia license' (10-K) |

Owner, licence and the Ontario plan
The 10-K says the company runs HighRoller.com and its sister casino Fruta "principally through our Estonia license", held by its subsidiary Happy Hour Solutions Limited, acquired on 31 December 2025. An older Curacao licence held by Interstellar Entertainment NV appears in the company's history, but its current role is unclear. We could not check the licence in an Estonian register, so this detail rests on the company's own filing.
No Canadian province licenses Highroller yet. The report says the company has begun the process for an Ontario licence through HRON Services Ltd, with a projected launch in the second half of 2026, but the brand was not in iGaming Ontario's directory on 23 October 2026. Which provinces the site accepts could not be confirmed. Support is listed as 24/7/365 by chat and email, and responsible-gaming tools sit in the account settings. Help lines for each province are on our responsible gambling page.
Our verdict on Highroller Casino's slots
Highroller offers a lobby of more than 6,000 games from over 90 studios, and an owner that files annual reports with the US securities regulator. Its Estonian licence rests on that filing; we could not check it on a register. The weak spots for slot players are unnamed studios, a 30x bonus that starts only after your deposit is gone, and 40x on spin winnings. Mobile play and the welcome offer could not be checked.
Best for: Players who value a large lobby and a publicly listed owner, and who read bonus rules before opting in.
Skip if: You want a provincially licensed site today, or a known list of studios and slots before you join.

Questions about Highroller Casino
The owner's 2025 annual report counts more than 6,000 games from over 90 providers, covering video slots, live dealer tables, table games such as blackjack, roulette, baccarat and craps, and video poker. It does not say how many are slots or which studios supply them.
The general bonus terms in the help centre set 30x wagering on bonus funds and 40x on free-spin winnings. Table games and most live casino games contribute nothing, and wagering only begins after your deposit has been fully played through and lost.
Yes. The help centre lists Interac for deposits, along with cards and crypto, and notes that Interac deposits may take a bit longer than card deposits. Withdrawals go to cards or by bank transfer and take 1-5 business days once paid.
Not as of 23 October 2026. The owner's annual report says it has started the process for an Ontario licence, with a launch projected for the second half of 2026, but the brand did not appear in iGaming Ontario's directory when we checked.
High Roller Technologies, Inc., listed on the New York Stock Exchange as ROLR. Its 10-K says HighRoller.com runs mainly under an Estonian licence held by its subsidiary Happy Hour Solutions Limited. The same group runs Fruta.
