The look-alike address to avoid

A second domain that turns up under the Malina name, playmalina.com, is not the casino. It is an information page in Slovenian with an author block and offers quoted in euros: an affiliate site, not the operator. We did not use it as a source, and its offers are not Malina's terms for Canada.

The only contact detail the real site shows is [email protected], printed on its block page. No live chat, phone line or support hours could be read. If you are asked to pay, verify or share documents through any address other than malinacasino.com or that support email, stop and check where the request came from.

The minimum age on record comes from the Australian version of Malina's About page, archived in July 2026: the casino accepts only customers over 18. Canadian ages are set by province instead: 19 in most, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.

Bonus, payments and payouts: nothing to quote

We could not read a welcome offer, free spins, wagering rules, a maximum bet or a game weighting. No deposit methods, Interac details, withdrawal times, limits or fees appeared either. With none of those, there is no way to tell whether a Malina bonus is workable for slot play or how long a withdrawal would take.

Licence and who regulates what

Malina names no licence and no operating company on any page we could read. A block page that cites "legal reasons" shows the site restricts some countries, but not which regulator it answers to. Without a named company or regulator, a player with a stuck withdrawal has nobody formal to complain to, so a dispute would rest on whatever support chooses to answer. Keep copies of every message if you do open an account.

Canada's regulated online casinos are set up by province. Ontario requires AGCO registration together with an iGaming Ontario operating agreement. Alberta's market opened on 13 July 2026 for sites with an AGLC registration and an agreement with the Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC). The remaining provinces run their own sites.
