VegasHero is an offshore casino at vegashero.com with a Canadian version at /ca/, Canadian dollars at the cashier and no Canadian province on its list of excluded places. On 28 October 2026 the live site turned away our checks from Spain, Romania and the US with a legal-reasons notice, so this page works from archived copies made in July 2026: the welcome-package page in English and the general terms in Dutch (the English version is stated to be the binding one).

Those rules are unusually detailed about how bonus money behaves on slots. What they never say is who runs the casino. No operating company and no licence appear in the footer, the terms or the About page, and the safety score reflects that.

What the rules reveal about the lobby

VegasHero publishes no game count and no studio list we could source. The best picture of the lobby comes indirectly, from the game-weighting table in its terms (sections 7.7 to 7.10). It sets out how each kind of game counts towards wagering, which hints at what the lobby holds:

Game typeCounts towards wagering
Slots, scratch cards, keno100%
Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Monopoly50%
Live games, video poker, Plinko10%
Table and card games, listed excluded games0%
Jackpot slots, Slingo, bingoCannot be played with bonus funds

The promotions page adds provider tournaments: a Roulette Run worth EUR 8,000, Spinoleague with EUR 12,000,000 and an Amusnet Cash Bomb. The last one suggests Amusnet games are on the platform, though Amusnet is not named in any studio list we could read.

One line matters for Canadians in particular. Section 15.2 of the terms says NetEnt games are not available in Canada, so a NetEnt title you know from elsewhere will not be in the Canadian lobby. Our NetEnt page lists the studio's games if you want to know what that excludes.

Welcome package: C$2,625 in three steps

The archived English page sets out three deposit bonuses with Canadian-dollar caps:

  1. first deposit: 100% up to C$750 plus 100 free spins
  2. second deposit: 50% up to C$1,125
  3. third deposit: 50% up to C$750 plus 50 free spins

The headline on the same page reads "Up to EUR 1,750 + 150 FS in 3 bonuses". Each step needs at least C$30 (EUR 20), and the bonus is switched on in the "My Bonus" section rather than with a code. Players who sign up with crypto can choose a different welcome offer instead: 200% up to 3,000 USDT.

The terms that bite:

  • Wagering: 35 times your deposit and bonus combined, and 40 times any free-spin winnings.
  • Ten days from activation to finish it.
  • Maximum bet while a bonus is active: EUR 100 a spin.
  • Cash-out cap: 10 times the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings are capped at C$75 for up to 50 spins or C$150 for more.
  • Neteller and Skrill deposits do not qualify.

On the first step alone, a C$750 deposit with a C$750 match means 35 times C$1,500, or C$52,500 of bets inside ten days. Check your own figures in the wagering calculator.

Payments and payout time

The casino publishes no withdrawal time we could source.

No payment list we could source.

Reloads, cashback and the deposit rule

After the welcome package, the July 2026 promotions page lists a weekly reload of 100 free spins, a weekend reload of EUR 600 plus 66 free spins, daily cashback of 15% up to EUR 400 and live cashback of 25% up to EUR 200, plus crypto reloads at weekends. Their own terms were not archived.

The withdrawal rules are stricter than the promotions suggest. Section 6.8 says every deposit must be wagered once before you withdraw; otherwise winnings can be cancelled and a commission of 10% (15% for card or bank transfer) kept. Withdrawals are handled within three business days, and processed between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday. Daily and monthly ceilings depend on VIP level, from EUR 500 a day and EUR 7,000 a month at level 1 up to EUR 1,500 and EUR 20,000 at level 5. Identity, address and payment-method documents can be requested, with 30 days to supply them, and an account left without a login for 180 days is charged EUR 5 a month.

The payments page lets you pick Canada as a country, but its list of methods loads from a source that was not archived, so we cannot say whether Interac is offered.

No operator, no licence

We read the footer, the terms and the About page, and none names the company that runs VegasHero or a licence it holds. Its block page, terms layout, VIP levels and withdrawal table match those of WildRobin, which points to the same platform, but no page confirms a shared owner.

The terms set the minimum age at 18. Responsible-gambling tools are limited to self-exclusion or a temporary exclusion requested by email to [email protected]; support itself is by 24/7 live chat and that address. French is one of the site's 18 languages, though French-language support is not stated.

VegasHero's terms exclude no Canadian province, but no province licenses it. It has no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario operating agreement, so it is outside Ontario's regulated market, and no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) agreement for the Alberta market that opened on 13 July 2026. Canadian players must be 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. See legal online casinos for the regulated options.

2.7/10

Our verdict on VegasHero's slots

VegasHero publishes a thorough rulebook: clear game weightings, Canadian-dollar welcome caps, a three-day withdrawal window and published VIP limits. The slot side is weaker than the paperwork, with no game count or studio list, NetEnt barred for Canada and jackpot slots closed to bonus money. The real problem is that no operator or licence is named anywhere, so there is no regulator behind those rules.

Best for: Slot players who read terms closely and want CAD caps and fixed withdrawal windows spelled out.

Skip if: You will not play at a casino that names no operator or licence, or you want NetEnt or jackpot slots.

Watch out for

  • No operating company or licence named in the footer, terms or About page

  • Deposits must be wagered once before withdrawal or a 10-15% commission applies
