What the Apricot lobby holds

Grand Hotel Casino does not break its catalogue into categories. The homepage says over 1,000 casino games, and the Casino Rewards brand page lists Apricot as the casino software. These are group-wide figures, not Grand Hotel alone. The homepage's own claim of a 97% average payout is higher than the audited group figure. The site runs in a browser; there is no Grand Hotel app in either store.

The welcome bonus, deposit by deposit

The bonus page advertises $5,560 free. Only $560 of that is the welcome package; the other $5,000 is what the casino says loyalty promotions can be worth in your first year.

The terms give their own example: a player who receives a $100 bonus has to wager about $20,000. Slots count 100%, which is the best case. Table games, parlour games and live casino count 2%, and All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before the playthrough is met can void winnings, the offer must be claimed with a first deposit within 7 days, and unused bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration. Withdrawals, the licence and sister casinos

Interac deposits are processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc., and cards are accepted. For withdrawals to Canada the FAQ lists Canadian EFT or eCheck in 2 to 3 working days, Skrill in 1 to 3, Visa and Mastercard in 3, all free from $50, and bank wire from $300 in 6 to 10 working days with a fee. Every withdrawal first sits pending for 48 hours, and a first payout to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks.
