Their presence on the homepage is the only hard evidence of which studios supply the lobby, because Mega Dice publishes no provider list. The welcome bonus and what its terms leave out

The archived homepage shows the welcome offer as a 200% bonus up to 1 BTC plus 50 free spins. That is all the copy says. The archived terms do not give the wagering requirement, the games the free spins run on, the minimum deposit, a maximum bet or an expiry date for this offer.

For a slot player those missing terms are the whole story. A 200% match can be generous or nearly impossible to clear depending on the multiple, and without it you cannot work out how much you would need to stake. Crypto payouts, caps and instalments

Cryptocurrency is the payment route, including Bitcoin and TRX. The casino says Bitcoin transfers typically take 10 to 30 minutes, and withdrawals are processed in 1 to 3 business days after your documents are verified: photo ID and a utility bill no older than three months. Processing fees may apply. Interac and Canadian-dollar accounts are not confirmed on any operator page. Apart from a bank-transfer minimum mentioned in the terms, the archived copies describe no card, e-wallet or other non-crypto route for Canadian players.

VIP players may get higher limits. For a jackpot or a big bonus-round win, the monthly cap and the instalment clause matter more than the speed of a single Bitcoin transfer.

Licence, age and provinces

The terms and footer name the Tobique Gaming Commission as the licensing body but publish no licence number, so there is no register entry to check the claim against. The operator, 3-102-939604 Limitada, uses a Costa Rica company number. No testing lab is named.

New Brunswick is the only Canadian province on the restricted list. Ontario, Alberta and Quebec are not excluded by the terms, but that does not make the site legal there in the provincial sense: Ontario's regulated market is made up of sites with AGCO registration and an iGaming Ontario operating agreement, Alberta's (open since 13 July 2026) of sites with AGLC registration and an Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) agreement, and Mega Dice is in neither. The terms set the minimum age at 18, below the 19 that applies in most provinces, so check your own province's age before you sign up.
