CSGO Empire Casino Slots - Why There Is No Slot Lobby
A Counter-Strike skin and crypto betting site built on its own coin, not a reel-spinning casino.

Anyone looking for CSGO Empire Casino slots will not find them. The site, run by Moonrail Limited B.V. in Curacao, describes its games as in-house and provably fair, and its own FAQ lists roulette, coinflip, cases and match betting. There is no published slot count, no third-party studio and no welcome bonus.
This page explains what you actually play there, how the Empire Coin works, which licence the footer names and what that means for a player in Canada as of October 2026.
Lobby
The slot lobby
Counts and provider names as the casino publishes them. Lobbies change every week, so treat a count as the size on the date shown.
What fills the game list instead of reels
The FAQ names four products, and each one is built by the site itself rather than licensed from a studio:
- Roulette, with a maximum bet of 100,000 Empire Coins.
- Coinflip, a player-against-player flip that carries a 0.5% fee.
- Cases, digital loot boxes with a stated house edge of 8.8%.
- Match betting.
The operator calls these games provably fair, a method that lets a player check each result against a published seed. It does not publish a payout percentage. What it does publish, per game, is the house edge.
For a slot fan the gap is total. Not one outside studio appears, so none of the titles in our slot reviews can be played here, and no jackpot or bonus-buy game appears among the products the FAQ lists. If reels are the reason you are reading, the casino list is the better starting point.

Empire Coins, skins and crypto in the cashier
Money on the site is not held in Canadian dollars. The FAQ values one Empire Coin at roughly $0.614, and Canadian dollars are not a site currency. You fund the balance in one of two ways:
| Route | In and out | What the FAQ says |
|---|---|---|
| CS2 skins through a peer-to-peer market | Deposit and withdrawal | Skins are auctioned to other players; deposits should take a few minutes; no trading fee |
| Bitcoin and Ethereum | Deposit and withdrawal | No upper limit once verified; amounts above the hot wallet (about $3 million) may take a couple of days |
Identity checks sit at a clear line. Withdrawing more than 4,500 Empire Coins in total, about US$2,760 at the stated rate, requires one proof of identity and one proof of address through Checkin or Shuftipro. Large deposits or suspicious activity can trigger the same check. There is no Interac, card or bank option in the FAQ.

The Curacao licence and access from Canada
The footer says the site is licensed and regulated under the laws of Curacao and gives licence number OGL/2024/1183/0869. It names Moonrail Limited B.V., company number 148182, at Korporaalweg 10. The site links no register entry for that number, so we could only report what the footer prints. The founder's FAQ note dates the project to 2015.
On provinces, the picture is simple. The site is not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario, and not with the AGLC or the AiGC, so it is an offshore site that no province licenses. The FAQ names only the USA as an example of a blocked country and does not publish a full list. It says minors may not play and that verification confirms age, but it states no minimum age.
Regulated play in Canada runs through each province's own site. Ontario also admits private operators registered with the AGCO under an agreement with iGaming Ontario, and Alberta, since 13 July 2026, operators with an AGLC registration and an AiGC agreement. Our guide to legal online casinos sets out which applies where you live.
Our verdict on CSGO Empire Casino's slots
CSGO Empire is a skin and crypto betting site, not a slots casino, so it scores low on everything a slot player looks for: no reels, no outside studios and no welcome terms. It does publish its operator, a Curacao licence number and per-game house edges. Players who want slots should look at the casino list instead.
Best for: Counter-Strike players who already trade skins and want in-house games with disclosed house edges.
Skip if: You want video slots, jackpots, Canadian dollars or Interac.

What we like
- House edge stated per game: 0.5% fee on coinflip, 8.8% on cases
- Operator, company number and Curacao licence number printed on the site
- Self-lock from 24 hours up to 30 days, with longer bans through support
Watch out for
- No slots and no third-party game studios at all
- Balances are in Empire Coins, not Canadian dollars
- No welcome offer or published bonus terms
- Not registered in Ontario or Alberta
Mobile access and the self-lock
There is no CSGO Empire app in the Canadian App Store, and the pages we read say nothing about an Android download either way; the site runs in a mobile browser. Since every game is made in-house, what you see on a phone is the same short menu of roulette, coinflip, cases and match betting.
Its responsible-gambling tool is a self-lock called Take a break. The FAQ describes two strengths: a block on gambling only, or a full account ban, each for 24 hours, 3, 7, 15 or 30 days. Anything longer has to be requested from support.
The promotions list Free Case, Rewards and Referrals but publishes no terms for any of them, so there is nothing to weigh on wagering, caps or expiry. Skin betting carries the same risks as any casino game, and the 8.8% edge on cases is the house's share over time. Our responsible gambling page lists Canadian help lines.
Questions about CSGO Empire Casino
No. Its FAQ lists four in-house games: roulette, coinflip, cases and match betting. No outside slot studio is named and no slot count is published, so none of the video slots we review can be played there as of October 2026.
No. Canadian dollars are not a site currency. Balances are kept in Empire Coins, which the FAQ values at roughly $0.614 each, and you deposit with Counter-Strike skins or with Bitcoin or Ethereum.
No. It is not registered with the AGCO or iGaming Ontario, and not with Alberta's regulator either. The footer cites a Curacao licence, OGL/2024/1183/0869, which makes it an offshore site that no Canadian province licenses.
The FAQ says you must verify your identity to withdraw more than 4,500 Empire Coins in total. Verification needs one identity document and one proof of address, handled by Checkin or Shuftipro. Large deposits or suspicious activity can trigger it earlier.
No welcome offer is published. The site shows Free Case, Rewards and Referrals promotions, but no terms for any of them could be found, so there is no wagering requirement or cap to report as of October 2026.
