Players Palace Casino is a Casino Rewards brand, operated by Fresh Horizons Limited of Road Town, Tortola, under Kahnawake Gaming Commission licence 00972. Its homepage advertises "over 1000 games", and casinorewards.com names a single software supplier: Apricot, the platform linked to Games Global titles such as the Mega Moolah family of progressive jackpots.
That makes this a lobby to judge by depth rather than variety. Below: which of our reviewed slots fit that catalogue, what the welcome bonus really costs a slot player (the first two deposits carry 200x play-through), how the group's payout audits read, and the withdrawal rules that bind big winners across every Casino Rewards site.

One supplier, one style of lobby
Players Palace publishes one software name, Apricot, and no count by category. The group's own game pages describe progressive jackpots including the Mega Moolah family (with a note that these are not available in all regions) and a live dealer section with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows.
The group also makes a promise slot players should read closely. Under its "Highest Win Rate Guarantee", Casino Rewards says it offers "the best available win rate or Return to Player (RTP) version of the games supplied by our software providers". Since many slots come in several RTP versions, that is a meaningful commitment; our RTP versions guide explains why.
The group-wide eCOGRA payout report for 1 July to 30 September 2026 put slot games at 96.05% and all games at 96.11%. That figure covers every Casino Rewards casino together, not Players Palace alone.

Games Global slots from our reviews
Every match above comes through the Apricot link, not from a top-games row, so search for the title once you are in. The strongest fits are the jackpot and link games: Mega Moolah, Amazing Link Zeus and Area Link Phoenix Firestorm, alongside the long-running Thunderstruck II and Immortal Romance. Games Global also distributes titles from the smaller studios it works with, which is why Gameburger's 9 Masks of Fire and Fortune Factory's Gold Blitz appear in the list. Because these are matches by supplier, a specific title can still be missing or restricted in your region.
Bonus
Bonus terms that matter for slots
Wagering, the max bet while it runs and how much slots count - quoted from the casino's terms, never from other sites.
| Welcome offer | 1st deposit: 100% Bonus: $150 FREE; 2nd deposit: 50% Bonus: $200 FREE; 3rd deposit: 25% Bonus: $150 FREE source |
|---|---|
| Wagering | 1st and 2nd deposit bonuses x200 ("subject to 200 times play-through"); bonuses from the 3rd deposit x30 source |
| Wagering applies to | bonus (example in terms: "If a Player receives a $100 bonus, they will have to wager approximately $20,000"); wagers from cash and bonus both count source |
| Max bet while wagering | Irregular play: single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is met may void winnings source |
| Slots count towards wagering | Slots 100%; table games, parlour games, live casino and all other games 2%; All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard 0%; double-up does not count source |
| Time limit | Offer must be claimed with a first deposit within 7 days; unused promotional bonuses forfeited 60 days from registration source |
What the welcome bonus costs to clear
The offer is $500 over three deposits: 100% up to $150 on the first, 50% up to $200 on the second and 25% up to $150 on the third. No code is needed, and the first deposit must be made within 7 days of registering.
| Deposit | Bonus | Play-through | Bets needed at the full bonus |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 100% up to $150 | 200x bonus | $30,000 |
| 2nd | 50% up to $200 | 200x bonus | $40,000 |
| 3rd | 25% up to $150 | 30x bonus | $4,500 |
The casino's own terms give the scale: a $100 bonus means wagering "approximately $20,000". Slots count 100%, which helps, while table, parlour and live games count only 2%, and All Aces Video Poker and Flippin' Awesome Shields of Asgard count nothing. Single bets of 25% or more of the bonus value before play-through is met can void winnings, and unused bonuses are forfeited 60 days after registration. Withdrawing deposited money early also cancels the bonus.

Payments and payout time
Fastest published withdrawal time: 3 working days after processing (Visa / Mastercard) source. Identity checks can add days to a first withdrawal.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Min (C$) | Max (C$) | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Interac | Yes | - | - | - | - |
| Visa / Mastercard | Yes | Yes | $50 (withdrawal) | - | 3 working days after processing |
| CAD EFT / eCheck (Canada only) | - | Yes | $50 | - | 2 to 3 working days |
| Skrill (e-wallet) | - | Yes | $50 | - | 1 to 3 working days |
| Direct Bank Transfer (DBT / Wire) | - | Yes | $300 | - | 6 to 10 working days |
Withdrawals and the weekly ceiling
Interac is listed for deposits, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions Inc.; no Interac withdrawal route is named. Withdrawals sit in pending for 48 hours, during which they can be reversed, then are processed the next business day. After that, Skrill takes 1 to 3 working days, CAD EFT 2 to 3, Visa 3 and a bank wire 6 to 10 with a $50 fee ($100 over $3,000). The minimum is $50, or $300 by wire.
The clause that matters to a lucky slot player: anyone who wins "substantially greater than their total purchases" across Casino Rewards casinos is paid a maximum of $4,000 a week. A first withdrawal to a new method can add 5 to 7 working days of checks, and documents may need notary certification.

Licence, testing and the group record
Fresh Horizons Ltd appears on the Kahnawake permit-holder list, and the casino's certificate page dates the licence to 16 March 2010. The eCOGRA "Safe & Fair" seal runs from 9 December 2025 to 8 December 2026. We found no Kahnawake action against Fresh Horizons. A different company in the same group, Apollo Entertainment Ltd, which runs the group's Ontario sites, received a $100,000 AGCO penalty on 10 August 2023 for responsible-gambling failures.
There is no Players Palace site for Ontario or Alberta, and the offshore terms name no restricted provinces; an offshore Kahnawake site is not licensed by any province. The terms set the age at 19 or your jurisdiction's age of majority, whichever is higher. Tools include deposit limits via support, cooling-off from 24 hours to 6 weeks and 6-month self-exclusion. Sister brands include Zodiac Casino, Yukon Gold and Captain Cooks.
Our verdict on Players Palace Casino's slots
Players Palace suits a slot player who likes Games Global jackpots and values an audited, long-licensed group. The bonus is the weak point: 200x play-through on the first two deposits turns a $150 bonus into $30,000 of bets. Withdrawals wait 48 hours before processing, big winners are capped at $4,000 a week, and there is no app or French site.
Best for: Fans of Mega Moolah and other Games Global slots who want a Kahnawake licence and eCOGRA seal.
Skip if: You want a bonus you can realistically clear, a wide studio mix or an Ontario-registered site.

Questions about Players Palace Casino
Casinorewards.com names Apricot as the casino software, the platform linked to the Games Global catalogue. No other studio is listed and the site publishes no count by game type, only "over 1000 games" on the homepage. Expect classic progressive jackpots and Games Global video slots rather than a multi-studio mix.
The first and second deposit bonuses carry 200 times play-through on the bonus, and the third 30 times. The terms themselves say a $100 bonus means wagering about $20,000. Slots count fully, table and live games only 2%, and bets of 25% or more of the bonus can void winnings.
There is no Players Palace site registered for Ontario. The offshore site's terms list no restricted provinces, but Ontario's regulated market consists only of operators registered with the AGCO that hold an operating agreement with iGaming Ontario. Offshore sites are outside that system and outside Ontario's self-exclusion programme.
