• An extra horizontal reel runs above reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 and adds one symbol to each of them.
• No reel, alone or together with the extra reel, can hold more than 7 symbols.
• Wins pay left to right on adjacent reels, starting from reel 1.

Seven symbols on each of six reels is where the top figure of 117,649 ways comes from. A typical spin uses far fewer, because the heights are random.

The extra reel matters more than it looks. It is the only place Wilds can land, and those Wilds are also what you collect for a chance at the jackpot wheel. Watching the top reel is therefore watching the jackpot feature.

Rolling Reels run in both the base game and free spins: winning symbols are removed, new ones fill the gaps, and a single spin can pay more than once. The studio rates the game's volatility as High.

The studio publishes one RTP for Mega Moolah Megaways: 92.23%. No other versions are listed. Over a very long run, that means the game is set to return about C$92.23 of every C$100 wagered and keep about C$7.77.

For comparison, Big Bass Bonanza Megaways publishes 96.70%, which means keeping about C$3.30 of every C$100. On those figures, Mega Moolah Megaways keeps more than twice as much per C$100 wagered over a very long run. The studio does not say how much of the 92.23% comes from the jackpot wheel and how much from regular wins, so we cannot split it for you. What we can say:

Free spins are triggered by Scatters on the main reels. Four Scatters give 12 free spins, and each Scatter beyond four adds 5 more.

Inside the round, the rules change:

• Scatters can only land on the extra reel.
• Three Scatters add 5 free spins; four add 10.
• Rolling Reels keep running.
• The jackpot wheel can still trigger.

The headline feature of the round is its multiplier. Gameburger's page promises "infinite escalating multipliers" in free spins, and the demo screen carries the text "UNLIMITED WIN MULTIPLIERS". What neither tells us is the rule: what makes the multiplier climb, by how much, and whether it resets. The demo's own paytable does not describe it. We would rather say that plainly than describe a rule we have not seen written down.

The Mega Moolah Megaways jackpot free demo

Games Global publishes a free demo of the game through its launcher. On 28 October 2026 we tried it from Europe: the game page loaded with the title "Mega Moolah Megaways 20 Max", the demo login and paytable loaded, and then the game server returned an error before play began. We have seen the same server error on other Games Global demos. We have not tested from Canada, so it may load for you.

Even when it works, a demo has limits for a jackpot game:

• Jackpot amounts in a demo are play money and are not the live network values.
