- Cap of 150,000x the stake, up from 100,000x in Money Train 3
- Eleven feature symbols, from collectors and payers to snipers and a necromancer
- Persistent gold symbols act after every bonus spin, so value can build
- Respin feature can trigger after any base-game spin

- High volatility: the bonus carries most of the game, and it can be far apart
- Buy options cost 100x or 500x the stake
- The demo runs in play currency, not Canadian dollars
Money Train 4 is the fourth game in Relax Gaming's Money Train series, launched in September 2023. The base game is a 6x6 grid that pays anywhere, but the heart of the game is the Money Cart bonus: a hold-and-spin round where bonus symbols stick, feature symbols collect and multiply their values, and the total can run to a cap of 150,000x the stake.
This page explains the bonus symbol by symbol, what the 96.10% RTP and High volatility mean in practice, the two bonus buys, and where to find Money Train 4 in Canada. The Money Train 4 demo above lets you watch the bonus with play money first.

The base game: pay anywhere and a respin
Money Train 4's base game uses six reels and six rows. Wins do not follow lines. Eight or more of either of the two highest symbols anywhere on the grid pay, and the other symbols need ten or more. That makes the base game simple to read: you count, not trace.
Two things can lift a base spin. The Respin Feature can trigger after any spin. When it does, whichever symbol appears most on the grid is held, and the other positions are spun once more with multiplier symbols added, which can turn a modest count into a bigger win.
The second is the trigger for the bonus. Three or more Bonus symbols anywhere start the Money Cart round. Each Bonus symbol carries a value between 1x and 10x the bet, and those values are what the bonus feature symbols collect, copy and multiply.
What the base game is for
Relax Gaming describes the game as high volatility, and the structure fits that label: the base game feeds the bonus rather than carrying the game by itself. If you play Money Train 4 for any length of time, expect the base game to pay modestly while you wait for three Bonus symbols.
Bets and the 150,000x cap
The demo runs from 0.10 to 6.00 a spin in its play currency; the demo has no Canadian dollar setting. Real-money casinos set their own minimum and maximum in dollars, so the range you see in your account may be different.
The cap is the headline figure. If the bonus total ever reaches 150,000x the stake, the round ends at once and pays exactly that. At the demo's smallest stake of 0.10, the cap is 15,000; at the largest, 6.00, it is 900,000. The rule works as a ceiling, not a target.
For comparison within the series, Money Train 3 lists a 100,000x cap, so the fourth game raises it by half. The default RTP stays the same, at 96.10%.
A cap this high says little about a typical session. It shows how far the bonus can go when many feature symbols line up, and it is a reason to read the rules about how the round ends. Our guide to max-win odds explains why the top figure is so rarely reached.
Casinos
Where to play Money Train 4
How we know: a casino is listed when its published provider list includes Relax Gaming; "seen" means the title was in its own top-games row on that date.
Where to find Money Train 4 in Canada
Money Train 4 is a Relax Gaming game, so the list above shows the casinos whose published provider lists include Relax. The title itself was in the top-games row of Qbet's Canadian casino page on 23 October 2026. Qbet is an offshore site.
The table below sets out which online casinos are lawful in each part of Canada:
| Where you live | Legal online casinos |
|---|---|
| Ontario | Sites registered with the AGCO with an iGaming Ontario operating agreement |
| Alberta | AGLC-registered sites contracted with AiGC; the market opened on 13 July 2026 |
| Rest of Canada | One government-run site per province |
Offshore casinos are not licensed by any province. The minimum age is 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Relax Gaming's product page also lists a separate UK game ID for Money Train 4, which shows the studio supplies more than one build. A brand's regulated Ontario or Alberta site and its offshore site can carry different games, so open the lobby you will use and search for the title. Our Relax Gaming page lists more casinos with the studio.

Inside the Money Cart bonus
The bonus moves to a separate grid of six reels and four rows. You get three spins. Every time a new symbol lands, it sticks and the spin counter resets to three. The round ends when three spins in a row land nothing new, or when the total reaches the 150,000x cap.
The grid can grow. Beyond the starting four rows, four more are locked. An Unlocker symbol opens one of them, and so does filling a complete row. Each unlocked row adds six more positions for symbols to land, and more positions mean more chances to keep the counter resetting.
- Three or more Bonus symbols land in the base game and start the round.
- Bonus symbols show values from 1x to 10x the bet.
- Feature symbols act on those values: collecting, adding, doubling or converting.
- Locked rows open through Unlockers or full rows.
- The round ends with no new symbol in three spins, or when the total reaches the cap.
Because each new symbol resets the counter, the length of a round depends on how often the grid keeps catching symbols. Long rounds that gather many feature symbols are where the large results come from. Our hold and win slots page lists other games with a similar structure.
Eleven feature symbols, grouped by what they do
Money Train 4's bonus is busy, but every feature symbol does one of a few jobs. Grouping them makes the round easier to follow.
| Job | Symbols | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Collect | Collector, Adjacent Collector | Gathers all values on the grid, or the eight around it, into its own |
| Add | Payer, Adjacent Payer | Shows a value and adds it to all symbols, or to the neighbouring ones |
| Collect and pay back | Collector-Payer | Collects 3 to 5 values and pays the total back to them |
| Multiply | Sniper | Doubles the values of 3 to 8 other bonus symbols |
| Convert | Arms Dealer, Upgrader | Turns 1 to 4 Bonus symbols into feature symbols, or upgrades 1 to 3 feature symbols to persistent ones |
| Revive and change | Necromancer, Persistent Shapeshifter | Brings back used non-persistent feature symbols; turns into a different feature after every spin |
| Extend | Unlocker, Reset Plus | Opens a locked row; raises the starting spin count by one, once per bonus |
The order in which these act shapes the result. A Payer that lands before a Collector raises the values the Collector then gathers; a Sniper that doubles values already boosted by Payers has more to work with. You do not control the order, but knowing the jobs helps you see why one round pays far more than another.
Persistent symbols and the two buy options
Some feature symbols come in a gold, persistent version. A normal feature symbol acts once when it lands. A persistent one repeats its action after each later spin until the bonus ends, so a gold Collector gathers again and again and a gold Payer adds its value repeatedly, with more to work on as the grid fills.
The Upgrader turns ordinary feature symbols into persistent ones, and the Persistent Shapeshifter changes into a different feature after each spin. Together they help explain how a single round can keep building.
The buys
In the base game you can buy the bonus in two ways:
- Original Feature for 100x the stake: the standard Money Cart round.
- Persistent Feature for 500x the stake: the Persistent version of the round.
At the demo's smallest stake of 0.10, these cost 10 and 50 in play currency. Relax lists a buy RTP of 96.5%, above the 96.10% base figure. A higher listed return does not make a single purchase safe: one round costs 100 or 500 stakes, and it can pay back a fraction of that. Buys are available in the base game only.
Maths
RTP and volatility in dollars
Over a very long run, Money Train 4 is set to pay back about C$96.10 of every C$100 wagered; the house keeps about C$3.90. At C$1 a spin, 500 spins means C$500 wagered and an expected cost of about C$19.50 - real sessions land far above or below that.
High volatility: long dry spells are normal; most of the return sits in rare big features. The cap is 150,000x: C$150,000 on a C$1 spin.
96.10% RTP and a High volatility label
The default RTP of Money Train 4 is 96.10%, read from the demo's own game configuration. Relax lists 96.5% for the buy options, so normal spins return a little less over a long run than the bought rounds: the gap of 0.4 percentage points means the house keeps a little more of each dollar wagered.
Relax Gaming's product page shows a separate UK game ID but states no other RTP, so we do not list an alternative version. So before any real-money spin, find the RTP line in the game's help pages at your casino. Our RTP versions guide shows where to find it.
Relax describes Money Train 4 as high volatility in its launch announcement. In practice that means long runs where the base game returns little, broken by bonus rounds whose results range from small to very large. The 150,000x cap belongs to the far end of that range. If you play, size your stake so that a long dry run does not end the session before the bonus has a chance to land. Our volatility guide explains more.
The Money Train 4 demo
Relax Gaming supplies the demo on this page, and its balance is in a play currency called FUN. It runs in the browser with no account or deposit, and it shows the full set of feature symbols. It opens with an intro video before the game loads.
The bonus has many parts, so time in the demo is well spent. Things to watch:
- How often the three-spin counter resets, and what ends a round.
- When a row unlocks, and how much room it adds.
- The order in which Payers, Collectors and Snipers act.
- What a persistent symbol does over several spins compared with a normal one.
Demo wins are play money and cannot be withdrawn. Because the bonus can be far apart in the base game, the demo may run a long time before it triggers; that waiting is itself a fair preview of a High volatility game. If you prefer to see the bonus straight away, the demo's buy options let you open it for play money and compare several rounds side by side.

Money Train 4 against Money Train 3
The series also includes Money Train 2, Money Train 3, Money Train 5 and Money Cart 2. On our site, the closest comparison is the third game:
| Money Train 4 | Money Train 3 | |
|---|---|---|
| Released | September 2023 | September 2022 |
| Base game | 6x6, pays anywhere | 5x4, 40 fixed lines |
| Default RTP | 96.10% | 96.10% |
| Other RTP versions listed | None stated | 94.00% and 90.00% (Germany) |
| Max win | 150,000x | 100,000x |
| Buy options | 100x and 500x | 20x, 50x, 100x and 500x |
The fourth game switches the base game from lines to pay-anywhere, raises the cap and trims the buy menu to two options. Money Train 3 has published lower versions, which makes checking the RTP line even more important there. Money Train 2, Money Train 5 and Money Cart 2 are separate games with their own figures. If you liked the third game's bonus but found the lines slow, the fourth is the natural next step; if you want more buy choices at lower prices, the third still offers them.
