Verdict
Reactoonz puts all of its features into the ordinary spin: a charging meter, four random Quantum features and a giant wild called Gargantoon. The 96.51% RTP comes from Play'n GO's own game help. Play'n GO publishes no volatility rating and no maximum win, so both score zero here. That is a gap in the published data, not a judgement on the game.
Best for: Players who enjoy busy cascades and features that fire inside the base game rather than in a separate bonus.

What we like
- Every win charges the Quantum Leap meter, so cascades build towards features
- Four different Quantum features plus Gargantoon, a 3x3 wild that splits into smaller wilds
- Even a losing spin can pay out wilds through the Instability feature
- RTP of 96.51% is published in Play'n GO's own game help
Watch out for
- No maximum win is stated by Play'n GO, in the game help or the demo paytable
- No volatility rating is published
- No free spins and no bonus buy, so there is no separate bonus round to aim for
- The demo runs in its own play currency, not Canadian dollars
Reactoonz is a Play'n GO slot from October 2017 that plays on a 7x7 grid of jelly aliens. Clusters of five or more pay, the winners vanish, and every winning symbol charges a meter called Quantum Leap. Fill it and the game fires random features that blow up, transform or wild parts of the board. There is no free-spins round and no bonus buy; everything happens in the normal spin.
This page covers how the Reactoonz slot plays, the figures Play'n GO does and does not publish, and where to find Reactoonz online in Canada. The free demo above runs in play money, so you can watch the meter fill before you decide anything.

A slot that keeps its features inside the spin
Most modern slots save their big moments for a free-spins round. Reactoonz does not have one. Its features all trigger during ordinary spins, driven by how many winning symbols you clear. That makes the game feel busy from the first spin: a single paid spin can cascade several times, charge the meter, fire a feature and cascade again.
The board is a 7x7 grid. A win needs five or more matching aliens touching horizontally or vertically. Winning clusters are removed, the symbols above drop down and new ones fall in, and this repeats until no winning cluster remains. Each removed symbol counts towards the Quantum Leap meter, which is what links the cascades to the features.
What Play'n GO does not publish
Two common slot figures are missing. Neither Play'n GO's game page, the in-game help nor the demo paytable states a maximum win, and there is no volatility rating. We do not fill those gaps with numbers from other websites. The 96.51% RTP is published, though only in Play'n GO's Malta version of the game help; the rules inside the demo leave it out. If you need the figure for the version you are playing, check the rules screen at your casino.
Reading the alien paytable
Eight aliens fill the grid, split into two groups. Four larger aliens pay well in big clusters, and four one-eyed aliens pay little and serve mostly as fuel for the meter and for some Quantum features. The paytable steps up at cluster sizes of 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or more, 12 or more and 15 or more.
| Alien | 5 in a cluster | 10 or more | 15 or more |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pink four-eyed alien | 1x | 20x | 750x |
| Green alien | 0.80x | 10x | 300x |
| Orange alien | 0.60x | 5x | 150x |
| Blue alien | 0.50x | 3x | 75x |
| Purple and red one-eyes | 0.15x | 1x | 10x |
| Green and yellow one-eyes | 0.10x | 0.80x | 3x |
All values are multiples of the bet. The jump between 12 and 15 symbols is the steepest step in the table: the pink alien goes from 50x at 12 or more to 750x at 15 or more. Wilds do not land on their own. They appear only through the Fluctuation and Quantum features, and they substitute for all normal symbols.
Casinos
Where to play Reactoonz
How we know: a casino is listed when its published provider list includes Play'n GO; "seen" means the title was in its own top-games row on that date.
Where Reactoonz online play is offered to Canadians
Reactoonz is a Play'n GO game, so it can appear at any casino that runs that studio. Fifty of the casinos we cover list Play'n GO among their providers. A provider list is only a start, though, so we also note where the title itself was on show. Reactoonz was in the top-games row of these homepages on the dates given:
- One Casino, 23 October 2026
- Caxino Casino, 23 October 2026
- Dream Vegas Casino, 23 October 2026
- FireVegas Casino, 28 October 2026
These sightings come from the brands' international sites. The legal picture depends on your province. Ontario permits only sites registered with the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Alberta's regulated market started on 13 July 2026 with AGLC registration and an AiGC agreement. The other provinces offer a government-run site, while offshore casinos hold no provincial licence at all. You must be 19, or 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
If you are in Ontario or Alberta, look for the game in your regulated site's lobby rather than assuming the international site's list applies. Our Play'n GO page gathers the other casinos that run the studio.
Features
How Reactoonz plays
Base game and bonus features as the provider's rules describe them.
- Cascades winning clusters are removed and new symbols drop in until no wins remain
- Quantum Leap meter wins charge the meter; each charge (25 winning symbols) queues a random Quantum feature, up to 4
- Quantum features Implosion (3-6 Wilds + destroys neighbours), Alteration (one one-eyed type turns into another), Demolition (destroys one-eyed symbols), Incision (centre Wild with two diagonal lines of one symbol)
- Gargantoon fifth charge adds a 3x3 Wild that splits into 2x2 then nine 1x1 Wilds
- Instability on a non-winning initial spin Gargantoon may drop 4-8 Wilds
- Giantoonz & Fluctuation 2x2 matching blocks double the cluster win; the marked fluctuating one-eyed type leaves 2 Wilds after winning

Charging the Quantum Leap meter
The meter sits beside the grid and fills as winning symbols are removed. Every 25 winning symbols make one charge, and each charge queues a random Quantum feature. Up to four can be queued at a time. Because the meter counts symbols rather than spins, a long cascade that removes many aliens charges it far faster than a string of small single wins.
The four Quantum features each change the board in a different way:
- Implosion places three to six wilds and destroys the symbols next to them.
- Alteration turns all symbols of one one-eyed type into another type, which can join small groups into a cluster.
- Demolition destroys one-eyed symbols, clearing space for new symbols to fall.
- Incision drops a wild in the centre of the grid with two diagonal lines of one symbol running through it.
None of these are chosen by you, and none can be bought. Their value depends on what is on the board at the moment they fire. A Demolition on a board full of one-eyes can reshape the whole grid; the same feature on a board of large aliens does far less. Watching a few rounds in the demo is the quickest way to get a feel for which outcomes matter.
Gargantoon, Instability and Fluctuation
A fifth charge of the meter brings in Gargantoon, the game's largest feature. It lands as a 3x3 wild, then splits into 2x2 wilds and finally breaks into nine single wilds. One fifth charge therefore puts wilds on the grid in three stages rather than once.
Gargantoon also appears without a win. On a spin whose first drop pays nothing, the Instability feature can trigger, and Gargantoon may drop four to eight wilds onto the board. It is the only part of Reactoonz that rescues a losing spin, and it is random.
Two smaller tricks
Giantoonz are 2x2 blocks of one matching alien. When a Giantoon is part of a winning cluster, it doubles that cluster's win. Fluctuation marks one one-eyed symbol type on the grid; when a cluster of that type wins, it leaves two wilds behind.
Put together, these features explain why one spin of Reactoonz can look nothing like the next. A spin that clears one small cluster ends quickly; a spin whose cascades charge the meter can bring several features and a run of wilds. Without a published cap or volatility rating, the paytable's 750x line for 15 or more pink aliens is the only fixed reference point the game offers, and a sequence of cascades can pay several clusters on top of each other.
Maths
RTP and volatility in dollars
Over a very long run, Reactoonz is set to pay back about C$96.51 of every C$100 wagered; the house keeps about C$3.49. At C$1 a spin, 500 spins means C$500 wagered and an expected cost of about C$17.45 - real sessions land far above or below that.
One published number: what 96.51% tells you
RTP is the share of all wagers a game returns over a very long run. For Reactoonz, the figure in the Malta edition of Play'n GO's game help is 96.51%. Play'n GO does not publish lower versions for operators openly, which means we cannot list the alternatives that some studios publish. It does not mean they do not exist, so the casino's rules screen remains the place to confirm the figure you are playing.
Without a volatility label, you have to judge the game's rhythm from its design. The design suggests that larger results depend on features stacking up within one sequence, but Play'n GO gives no rating to confirm or correct that reading, so we do not score it. Our volatility guide explains how to read a slot that comes without a label.
The missing maximum win matters for a similar reason. A cap is one way to judge whether a game suits your goals. Here neither the game page, the help nor the paytable gives one, so any figure you see quoted elsewhere is not from Play'n GO. Our guide to max-win odds covers why caps matter and how to use them.
Reactoonz free play: using the demo well
Reactoonz free play is the easiest way to learn the meter. The demo on this page is Play'n GO's own and runs in a play currency labelled DEMO rather than Canadian dollars. It uses the game's normal bet structure: 20 coins per spin, with a coin value from 0.01 to 5.00, giving a range from 0.20 to 100 demo units. A real casino sets its own limits, in dollars.
- Count the cascades it takes to fill one charge of the meter.
- Note which Quantum feature fires and what it does to the board.
- Wait for Gargantoon and watch how it splits.
The demo runs in the browser, is free, needs no account and pays nothing real. It is still a useful guide to whether the busy, feature-driven style of the game suits you before you open it in a real-money lobby. If you prefer slower games with a fixed bonus round, compare it with Legacy of Dead or Book of Dead, two Play'n GO titles built around free spins.

Reactoonz among other cluster slots
Several later Play'n GO games share the Reactoonz name or style: Reactoonz 2, Reactoonz 100, Reactoonz Blitzways, Gigantoonz, Gargantoonz, Energoonz and Dr. Toonz. They are separate games with their own rules, so a figure for one does not carry over to another. The title on the loading screen tells you which one you have opened, and the rules screen shows its own RTP. With seven names this close, a search for the game can return several of them, so it is worth a second look before you start spinning.
Outside the family, the closest comparison on our site is Sugar Rush, which also uses a 7x7 grid with clusters of five or more. The two are built very differently:

| Free spins | None | 10 to 30 |
| Bonus buy | No | 100x |
| Published max win | None | 5,000x |
Pick Reactoonz if you want features that fire in every kind of spin; pick a free-spins game if you prefer to wait for one defined bonus. Our cluster pays page lists more.
Reactoonz questions
No. Reactoonz has no free-spins round and no bonus buy. Its features, including the four Quantum features and Gargantoon, trigger during normal spins as the Quantum Leap meter charges from winning symbols.
Play'n GO gives 96.51% in the Malta edition of its game help. Any lower versions supplied to casinos are not made public, so read the RTP line in the game's own help at the casino you use.
Play'n GO does not state one. Neither the game page, the in-game help nor the demo paytable gives a maximum win. The highest single paytable line is 750x the bet for 15 or more pink four-eyed aliens.
Yes. Play'n GO's own demo sits at the top of this page. Its balance is play money marked DEMO, so there is nothing to deposit and no account to open, and anything you win there stays in the demo.
Gargantoon arrives on the fifth charge of the Quantum Leap meter as a 3x3 wild. It then splits into 2x2 wilds and finally into nine single wilds. It can also appear through Instability on a spin that starts without a win, dropping four to eight wilds.
