The terms describe a two-stage wait. A withdrawal stays pending for one to two days, then, once approved, it is processed straight away but may take up to three working days to arrive. Licence, Ontario history and sister sites
Dream Vegas runs under MGA licence MGA/B2C/370/2017, issued on 1 August 2018 and covering customers outside Great Britain; its UK Gambling Commission account 52894 applies only to Great Britain. The terms' restricted-territories list does not include Canada. Like every offshore site, it holds no Canadian provincial licence.
The Ontario chapter is short. DreamVegas appeared in the iGaming Ontario directory in January 2024 and was gone by July 2024; it is not in the current directory. We found no operator statement about why. Anyone in Ontario now needs a different, regulated site. There is no Alberta-registered Dream Vegas site either.
The same licence covers sister brands such as Casimba and Playzee. Play is in the browser: the Google Play link in the footer returned a 404 in the Canadian store. Support is by live chat and email around the clock, and the site has a French language option, although French support is not stated.
