Withdrawals: 72 hours and weekly caps

The terms aim to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval. The cashier shown to us lists most methods as instant and free, with a C$30 minimum on cards and e-wallets and C$150 on bank transfer, although the terms set the floor at C$20. Two caps matter after a big slot hit: C$7,500 per calendar week and C$35,000 per calendar month.

Interac is named in the FAQ but was missing from the payment list displayed to a Spanish connection, so confirm it in the cashier. We did not read the validator's own page for betandplay.com, and the casino's game platform reports a Curacao licence code that the terms do not mention, so the licence counts as stated rather than confirmed. Either way it is not a provincial licence: the site has no AGCO registration or iGaming Ontario operating agreement, and no AGLC registration or Alberta iGaming Corporation (AiGC) agreement. Ontario and New Brunswick are excluded outright, and a player from either who signs up is "not entitled to refunds or withdrawals". Alberta, Quebec and the other provinces are accepted; there is no French version.

Novatrix SRL (registration 3-102-893958) is also the company named in the terms of LuckyWins and SpinFever. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, with EGIS named as the alternative dispute service. The FAQ says games are certified by an ISO/IEC 17025 testing laboratory, but no certificate is linked.
