Toppz Slots in Ontario: Studios, Top Games and Fine Print

Seven studios and a three-game top row

Toppz does not publish a game count. What it does publish is a short list of suppliers on its homepage:

• Play'n GO, maker of the Book of Dead series and Reactoonz
• Microgaming, whose games we file under Games Global
• NetEnt and Red Tiger
• NYX, Blueprint and Inspired Gaming

Those seven names are the whole published list. There is no published jackpot count, live-dealer count or table-game count, so the size of those sections is unknown.

The top row is more telling than the list. Book of Dead and Fire Joker are both Play'n GO games, which fits the list. Big Bass Splash is the odd one: it is a Reel Kingdom game distributed by Pragmatic Play, and neither name appears among the seven studios. Its presence in the top row shows the published list is not complete, so a studio missing from it may still have games in the lobby. Use the search box before assuming a title is absent. Which of our reviewed slots fit Toppz

Two of the matches above are certain because they were in the Toppz top row when we checked: Book of Dead and Big Bass Splash. The rest come from studios on the published list and should be confirmed in the lobby, because a studio listing does not guarantee every one of its games is switched on for Ontario.

Games Global titles come from several studios in its network, so a casino can carry some and not others. Fire Joker, the third game in the top row, is a Play'n GO title we have not reviewed. Euros, dollars and the time a withdrawal takes

The Toppz homepage lists Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Skrill or Neteller for deposits. Which of these also pay out is not stated, but the terms say withdrawals go only to a deposit method in your own name.

The bigger oddity is currency. The Ontario pages quote the minimum deposit as €20, the minimum withdrawal as €20, and the weekly withdrawal ceiling as "5000.00 USD". Canadian dollars are not mentioned anywhere we read, so ask support what currency your account will use before you deposit.

The site also gives two descriptions of withdrawal timing:

• The contact page says withdrawals "remain pending for 48 hours", then take three to five days to process.
• The terms (section 9.3) say the pending stage lasts one to two days, followed by up to three working days.

Read together, a first withdrawal can take most of a week before identity checks are counted. Those checks ask for photo ID and proof of address, with extra checks possible once deposits reach €2,000 in total. Each deposit must be wagered once before it can be withdrawn. If an account is never verified, only deposits are returned and any winnings above them are not paid. After 12 months of inactivity, the terms deduct a €5 maintenance fee every month.

Two company names behind one Ontario site

The footer names TWHG Inc. as the company registered with the AGCO. The Terms of Use, version 6.3 dated 2 July 2026, name White Hat Gaming Limited, at 85 St John Street in Valletta, Malta, as the party you contract with. Both point to the White Hat Gaming group, which also runs brands such as Dream Vegas, but the mismatch, together with the euro amounts, suggests a group template not fully adapted for Ontario. The AGCO registration number is not printed on the pages we read.

The registration itself is real: Toppz is in the iGaming Ontario directory, and the site does not accept players from Alberta, Quebec or any other province or territory. The responsible-gambling tools are listed in full:

• daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits;
• reality checks and session time limits;
• time-outs from 24 hours to six weeks;
• self-exclusion, six months by default, and account closure;
• links to the blocking tools BetGuard and BetBlocker.
