Spin Genie casino slots reach Canadians through two regulated sites run by Skill On Net Ltd of Malta, the company behind PlayOJO: on.spingenie.ca for Ontario and ab.spingenie.ca for Alberta. The Ontario homepage counts 5,764 slot games; the Alberta homepage counts 639.
A third site, spingenie.com, holds Malta and UK licences, but we could not confirm that it accepts players from British Columbia, Quebec or the other provinces - the only version we could see was aimed at the UK. This page therefore covers the two provincial sites: their studios, the Big Bass titles at the front of both lobbies, the welcome offer and its free spins, and how withdrawals work.
Lobby
The slot lobby
Counts and provider names as the casino publishes them. Lobbies change every week, so treat a count as the size on the date shown.
| Slots | homepage counter 'Slot Games (639)' source |
|---|---|
| Live dealer games | homepage counter 'Live Casino Games (145)' source |
| Table games | homepage counter '(115)' (casino games) source |
| Providers listed | Blueprint Gaming, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, IGT, Playtech, Scientific Games (Light & Wonder) source |
| Top-games row | Sahara Riches Cash Collect, Big Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Splash, Thor source |
Two lobbies, two very different sizes
Both provincial sites share an operator and a design, but not a game count. The homepage counters, as read in October 2026:
| Counter | Ontario (on.spingenie.ca) | Alberta (ab.spingenie.ca) |
|---|---|---|
| Slot games | 5,764 | 639 |
| Live casino games | 530 | 145 |
| Casino games | 470 | 115 |
The Ontario figures need one caveat. Elsewhere the same site says it has "more than 2,000" games (footer) and "more than 4000" (about page). The counter is the most specific of the three, but the site does not agree with itself.
The Ontario site names six studios: Blueprint Gaming, Play'n GO, Pragmatic Play, IGT, Playtech and Scientific Games (now Light & Wonder). It features Retro Tapes, Mystery Genie Fortunes of the Lamp, Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash among its slots, with Adventures Beyond Wonderland Live and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette Live on the live side. The Alberta homepage puts Sahara Riches Cash Collect, Big Bass Bonanza, Big Bass Splash and Thor up front. For live play, our live casino page explains how the game shows work.

The Big Bass connection and other titles we cover
Two slots from our reviews appear on Spin Genie's own pages: Big Bass Bonanza and Big Bass Splash, both made by Reel Kingdom and distributed by Pragmatic Play. They sit on the front of both provincial lobbies, and one of them is tied to the welcome spins on Alberta.
With Pragmatic Play and Play'n GO on the supplier list, more of our reviewed slots match by studio:
- Pragmatic Play: Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Sugar Rush, Wolf Gold
- Play'n GO: Book of Dead, Reactoonz, Legacy of Dead
- Big Bass follow-ups: Bigger Bass Splash and Big Bass Splash 1000
A supplier match is not proof that a title is live, and the Alberta lobby is a fraction of Ontario's, so search for a game before you deposit for it.
No studios from our Games Global, Hacksaw or Nolimit City reviews appear on Spin Genie's list. Jackpot hunters should note that neither site names a progressive network.
Bonus
Bonus terms that matter for slots
Wagering, the max bet while it runs and how much slots count - quoted from the casino's terms, never from other sites.
The casino publishes no bonus terms we could source.
Welcome match, free spins and the 40x rule
As of October 2026, both sites open with a first-deposit match of 100% up to $500 plus 50 bonus spins worth $0.10 each, from a $10 deposit. In Ontario the default spins are on Mystery Genie Fortunes of the Lamp; in Alberta the promotions page names Big Bass Splash in its text and Big Bass Bonanza in its terms line, so check which game you get. No code is needed.
Wagering is 40x on the bonus and on spin winnings, and only slots count. The maximum bet while wagering is 10% of the bonus plus spin winnings or $5, whichever is lower. In Ontario you have 30 days to finish.
Players can swap the default for one of three alternatives:
- the same match with 50 spins on Big Bass Bonanza
- 108 bonus spins on Big Bass Bonanza
- "1 Year Bonus Spins": a 50% match up to $100 on a first deposit of at least $50, plus 10 weekly spins on Thor
On Spin Genie casino free spins no deposit: the Ontario bonus policy sets rules for no-deposit spins, capping their winnings at C$100 or twice the bonus, whichever is larger, but none of the current welcome offers is a no-deposit deal. Withdrawing while a bonus is active cancels the whole bonus balance, winnings included.
Cash out
Payments and payout time
The casino publishes no withdrawal time we could source.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Min (C$) | Max (C$) | Time |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| INTERAC | Yes | - | - | - | - |
Cashier, limits and getting paid
Both sites open accounts in Canadian dollars and list Interac, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay; Ontario adds Paysafecard and MuchBetter. The terms say Spin Genie aims to process withdrawals within a few hours, and the Ontario terms send payouts back to the method you deposited with.
Exact withdrawal limits are shown only on the withdrawal page after login. The Ontario terms add that there is no cap on the number of withdrawals per day, week or month. The minimum is stated two ways: the terms set C$20 "unless otherwise stated", while the Ontario payments page says Interac has no minimum withdrawal. In Alberta, prepaid deposits are capped at C$250 and five prepaid products per rolling seven days.
Identity checks come early. Ontario accounts stay "Pre-Activated", with no play, until verification is done, and Alberta checks identity to AGLC and FINTRAC standards before any deposit, withdrawal or play. Our payment methods page compares Interac with cards and e-wallets.

Who regulates which Spin Genie
Ontario: Skill On Net Ltd is a registered Internet Gaming Operator with the AGCO and appears in iGaming Ontario's regulated-market directory; players must be 19 or older and physically in Ontario. Alberta: the same company is registered with the AGLC until 13 July 2027 and listed by the Alberta iGaming Corporation; players must be 18 or older and in Alberta. An iTech Labs certificate for SkillOnNet's random number generator, dated 25 August 2023, is linked from the Ontario about page.
The Ontario tools cover deposit, loss and login-time limits, reality checks, cooling-off from 24 hours to 90 days and self-exclusion for six months, one year or five years. Ontario self-exclusion covers only Ontario-regulated sites.
Sister sites from the same operator include PlayOJO, SlotsMagic, Mega Casino and KnightSlots. Support is in English only, through 24/7 live chat after login, and email replies are promised within one business day. Ontario accounts left untouched for six months can be charged C$5 a month, and unfinished games close after 14 days with the bet forfeited.
Our verdict on SpinGenie Casino's slots
Spin Genie is a strong pick for a slot player in Ontario, where the lobby counter passes 5,700 slots, the apps are on both stores and the site is AGCO-registered. Alberta gets a much smaller lobby and no confirmed app. The 40x bonus is clear about what counts, but withdrawal times and limits live only in the logged-in cashier. Players elsewhere in Canada have no confirmed Spin Genie site.
Best for: Ontario slot players who want a very large lobby with Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Blueprint titles in one app.
Skip if: You live outside Ontario and Alberta, or you want a welcome bonus below 40x wagering.

What we like
- Ontario lobby counter shows 5,764 slots and 530 live casino games
- Six studios named, including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO and Blueprint Gaming
- Registered in Ontario (AGCO, iGaming Ontario) and Alberta (AGLC, AiGC)
- iOS and Android apps for Ontario
- No bonus code needed; only slots count, so the rules are simple
Watch out for
- Alberta lobby is far smaller: 639 slots on its counter
- 40x wagering on the bonus and on spin winnings
- Ontario game totals conflict across the site's own pages
- Minimum withdrawal stated two ways (C$20 in the terms, none on the payments page)
- Ontario inactivity fee of C$5 a month after six months without access
Questions about SpinGenie Casino
Not in the current welcome offers. The default match needs a first deposit of at least $10 and the one-year spins deal at least $50, and none of the welcome choices is described as a no-deposit offer. The Ontario bonus policy does set a winnings cap for no-deposit spins, but no such offer is listed as of October 2026.
We could not confirm it. The two Canadian sites serve only players physically in Ontario or Alberta. Spingenie.com holds Malta and UK licences and lists Canadian dollars and Interac, but the version we could reach was aimed at the UK, so acceptance from other provinces is unverified.
New players choose one welcome offer: 50 spins on Mystery Genie Fortunes of the Lamp with the $500 match in Ontario, the same match with 50 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, 108 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, or 10 weekly spins on Thor for a year with a smaller match.
In Ontario, yes: an iOS app on the Canadian App Store and an Android app on Google Play. No Alberta app links were seen, so Alberta players use the mobile browser. Both sites also run in a mobile browser.
